Refund Policy
Cancellation
1. Free Cancellation Period
Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time at no charge.
2. Late Cancellation
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before departure will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged 100% of the total booking amount. No refunds will be issued.
3. No-Show Policy
If the guest fails to arrive on time or does not participate in the experience, it will be considered a no-show and the full booking amount will be charged.
4. Weather and Operational Conditions
In the event of unfavourable weather conditions, technical issues, or reasons related to guest or marine safety, the Management reserves the right to reschedule the activity or issue a full refund.
5. Delays and Punctuality
Guests are advised to arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Delays caused by the guest will not extend or modify the tour duration.
