Clients Rules & Regulations:

• Outings are not recommended to pregnant women.
• No Cash Refunds in any case form the moment the clients start the outing on the boat no claims during or after the outings will be entertained at any time. No exceptions will be allowed.

• The Merchant reserves the right to cancel any reservations if bad weather prevails whereby safety of clients would be at stake.
• Food allergens & dietary restrictions must be communicated to the skipper, prior to arrival.

About Iles Des Deux Coco

Located off the southeast coast of Mauritius, Ile des Deux Cocos is a private tropical island boasting stunning views, a charming villa, and a committed team. It is suspended in a turquoise ocean. Stated differently, it’s the ultimate opulent Robinson Crusoe encounter.

The original essence of these 252 square metres private property on the island has been meticulously maintained. It features an exquisite Mauritian interior, a Moroccan-style courtyard with shade-giving palm trees and a gently bubbling fountain, and the best of British and Moorish architecture.

Notes:

• You are requested to arrive at least 15 mins early to activity time.
• Booking Confirmation must be shown by all customers on arrival.
• Loose jewelleries, wristwatches, mobile phones, cameras, glass bottles, cups and containers, cigarettes, sharp metal and objects, drinks and food are prohibited within the waterslides/ride’s areas.
• Guests are strongly warned not to go in the water immediately after the meal.

Conditions:

• Rates may vary by date and are subject to availability.
• Once a booking is confirmed, there are no refunds or cancellations.
• No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking
• In case IDDC is closed due to bad weather, cancellation fee will not be applied.
• In case of rescheduling, we need to have immediately full names of guest otherwise our cancellation fee will apply.
• In case guest decide to leave the island due to any reason, 50% of cancellation fee will apply before lunch and 100% of cancellation fee will apply after lunch.
• All bookings should be done at least 12 hours prior.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Reservation required 2 weeks in advance by phone & subject to availability.
