Cancellation or modification within 45 days prior to event: 100% reservations cancelled within the schedule as above are subject to a cancellation fee based on the quoted rates. Non–refundable deposits are not part of the cancellation policy.
With this agreement, ile des deux cocos shall not be held responsible and be liable for failure to execute the terms and conditions specified herein directly or indirectly through or in consequence of war, strikes, riots and acts of god beyond the control of ile des deux cocos. Force majeure does not cover the following: economic slowdowns local, regional or global; currency exchange fluctuations; political situations – local, regional or global (this list is not exhaustive)
50% of the total amount will be asked upon confirmation of the event The difference will have to be settled 30 days prior to the event (45 days in peak season)
